The Donnybrook Retreat was a beautiful home. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. There isn't much to do in Donnybrook but we were happy to do some day trips and just relax at the house. Kylie was a great host and brilliant communication. Thank you!

We Loved Everthing
Kylie was so helpful right from when I booked, even asking for our preference and buying two different bottles of milk. We were offered an earlier check in which was unexpected and absolutely wonderful. The house was just great, the kids enjoyed the pool, the kayaks and the games provided. Thank you so much. The kitchen was so well stocked, and the bbq was perfect. We loved everything. Thank you so much.

Great get-away location

Home away from Home
Sometimes on holidays you want to go home to your own bed and surrounds but I really felt a home at Donnybrook retreat. Lovely place to chill and relax. Nothing is more than 30 mins away but feels like just up the road.

Lovely Spot
My Sisters and myself loved our stay at Donnybrook. It was close to all the things we had planned to do on our trip away. The house is lovely and had everything you could need for a good stay away and more. I would recommend staying here if you love the feel on been at home when away and love peace and quiet time. Everything run smoothly for our stay there and the Host was great as well.

Fantastic short stay
So grateful for a fantastic home for our short stay. Everyone kept complementing on how everything matched and loved the beach theme throughout this very clean home.
A lovely set up ~ everything we needed in the kitchen and more. What more could anyone want... games, movie theatre, pool, aircon, coffee, secure yard, Christmas lights and so much more!!

Wonderful Spot
Very comfortable house in a nice quiet neighborhood. The littles loved the playroom and the host even supplied bubbles for the kids! There was a nice selection of breakfast items that were great especially for the kids. Kylie was very responsive and helpful.

The most well serviced Airbnb we've stayed at.
A late evening arrival has problems with provisioning but all our immediate needs were catered for thanks to great communications. Quiet location, great set up, great host, very reasonable and fair tariff.
Recommend Donnybrook Retreat to anyone.

Beautifully appointed accomodation. The host even finds out what milk the guests prefer and supplies it on arrival. Very clean. The swimming pool and deck overlooking the pool was a highlight. Close to the boat ramp and shops. Will book again

What a wonderful quiet little gem!
I wanted to visit my family in Donnybrook and was so thrilled to find this. On arriving it was a very stifling day, however the aircon in the bedrooms and living rooms quickly cooled the rooms to a lovely 23 degrees. The house was spotless and filled with thoughtful ideas, condiments, (even milk) basic cooking needs, plenty of great cookware/appliances, lots of books and games for children and adult, room to spread out…. a cosy media room which my grandson adored and even video games. There were Kayaks for visiting the bay with life jackets for young and old but we really enjoyed the very clean pool. A great length of shallow area for youngsters before dropping to deeper end made it perfect for a family swim. The hosts are lovely and there is plenty of convenience nearby. We had prawns from the local trawler and My son went fishing in his boat and bought us back some lovely Snapper for dinner. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway at such a reasonable tariff. Very happy, thank you.

Relaxing Weekend
Lovely home that was very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend checking in for a nice quiet and relaxing weekend. Close to the jetty and local bowls club with plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of added little things by the host, including milk, cereals and little spreads for toast. Thank you for being such a great host Kylie.

Secret spot at Donnybrook
Had a very relaxing time. Plenty of games, fishing, swimming. We found the secret little local jetty, and the kids just kept wanting to go there. Kylie is very helpful and obliging.

We stayed here with family for a wedding nearby. The place was excellent. Recently renovated and comfortable lounges etc.
Every thing needed was there from the bedding through to the pool and BBQ area.
Overall a brilliant stay and a very comfortable and convenient accommodation.

Peace and Serenity
This property is so much more than the pictures show. There is room for all with a range of activities to suit everyone. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with just about everything you need. The pool was well loved by the younger ones, but the weather was a little cool for prolonged use. The owners are lovely and so helpful.

Catching up time - friends for 20 years!
We really enjoyed our stay in Donnybrook. The house had everything we needed, and more, for a relaxed couple of days of friendship catchup. The weather was perfect for sitting under the cabana on Saturday afternoon, a bit too cold for a swim though! The owner was very easily contactable and very accommodating.
Donnybrook is a bit out of the way, but perfect for us! Thank you :-)
